PIPE UNION IN EPDM
SERIES "UNIVERSAL"

It is a product conceived and patented (in design) by an artisan company in the early '70s as an evolution and an alternative to those in the lead up to then used. Since that time in the wettest regions in Europe, thousands of fittings UNIVERSAL are implemented each month.
The continued exposure to atmospheric factors (air, water, UV rays, low and high temperatures) that favor the rapid aging has led to choose the use of the EPDM elastomer (for the connection UNIVERSAL), allowing, given its intrinsic properties, to solve these problems.
Its wider diffusion (and use), is given by the adaptability of the flange to all the inclinations of drains (inclined, vertical and horizontal). It is also possible to insert extensions in order to extend the shank (on the sizes of Ø 80 and Ø 100).
The choice of a particular type of EPDM and the right thickness of the flange, allow a quick and safe weldability to bituminous sheaths.
The presence of annular ribs in the shank, prevent any loss for regurgitation.
The product is certified by a laboratory for certification and research on CNR elastomeric systems and is also provided by the insurance policy.
