PIPE UNION IN TPV-FORPRENE
THERMOPLASTIC RUBBER

This product offer an alternative cost, due to the different working process of thermoplastic rubber.
In the round flange there are round ribs and grooves that provide excellent anchorage to the bituminous sheaths, so when the flange is heated its perfectly joined.
In the terminal part of the shank there are two circular fins which prevent the regurgitation.
The Forprene used by us is based on a mixture composed of a phase of vulcanized EPDM dispersed in a polyolefin phase, from this derive its properties similar to those of rubber with the advantage of being processable with the techniques used for thermoplastic materials, and then recyclable at the end of the process.
